Idea Exchange: Quizzes are a fun way to educate clients

We recently started having clients complete a "Test Your Knowledge" quiz while in an exam room. The quizzes are usually 12 questions on a specific topic. For example, the quiz right now is about fleas. We go over the answers with clients once they are finished to educate them in a fun way. After all, educating clients is key to maintaining healthy pets. If a client answers all 12 questions correctly, we give his or her pet a free dose of a flea preventive.
