Help! My veterinary boss doesn't follow her own policies

Rules are rules and shouldn't be broken?even by those who make them.

When veterinarians or practice managers contradict their own rules it can undermine the entire team. "Policies are for everybody," notes Mark Opperman, CVPM. He says if you're facing this situation, follow the clinic's chain of command and address the problem as soon as possible.
