Team members at All Care Animal Hospital in Minneola, Fla., actually like getting older because they're treated like royalty on their special day. Practice manager Robin Pack asks each team member about his or her favorite type of birthday cake, then presents the cake and a gift card at the team's monthly meeting. Team members are happy to chip in for the gift card, Pack says, and the employees love the special attention.
