Renowned gastroenterologist, Dr. Jorg Steiner from Texas A&M is the keynote lecturer for the veterinarians; "Diagnosis of Canine and Feline Pancreatitis - Enough with Lipases Already" and "Cobalamin and Cobalmin Deficiency".
