Lectures will focus on the newest techniques to enhance your anesthetic and analgesic procedures. Topics include the use of non-opioid analgesic techniques, clinically-useful pain assessment tools, and current recommendations for sedation and analgesia of the uncooperative patient and special species. Recently available agents such as bupivacaine liposome solution (Nocita ) and alfaxalone will also be discussed.
