Annika VanNoy, PhD: We have such dedicated passionate people [who] really, truly put [theor] hearts into their patients and their clients, but they don't necessarily pour it into themselves. I think that what stood out to me the most is that we give and give and give and give, and in the end, we're empty. And you know, I think it's it's led to a crisis, as you're well aware of. I think we need to pour back into our people.
