Physical health
- Eat a healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Get plenty of sleep.
- Exercise regularly.
Emotional health

- Find and participate in activities that nourish your soul, such as meditating, practicing yoga, writing in a journal, or listening to music or self-help tapes or CDs.
- Set clear boundaries between yourself and others.
- Assess your emotional reaction to stress and recognize which events you control.
Occupational health
- Assess your current job and work environment to determine whether it fulfills your needs. Ask yourself these questions:
- Does your work fit your interests?
- Are you passionate about your work? Do you love what you do?
- Does it allow you to use all of your strengths?
- Does it allow you a proper amount of leisure time?
