Create new clients while their pets get groomed
Create new clients while their pets get groomed

When pets come to our hospital for grooming, a technician performs a courtesy physical exam and completes a "grooming physical exam report card." The groomer then reviews this information with the owner at pickup (or sometimes the technician will call the owner personally). On many occasions, technicians discover issues that result in the client consenting to a more in-depth exam or bloodwork by a veterinarian. Many clients are happy that we've detected the problem and can make an appointment for their pet right away. We've also seen high compliance with dental cleanings through this program.
