Walter Brown, RVTg, VTS, ECC: We have a long day at work and you are just stressed out and you don't understand why clients are doing this or why your staff is doing [that]. Then you turn to your social media and this guy is actually making fun of the exact thing that made [you] upset at work and it kind of changes the whole atmosphere.
