Try again. While bacterial cholangiohepatitis can cause secondary hepatic lipidosis, it wouldn't explain the intestinal changes seen on her ultrasonographic examination. If the owners chose not to pursue further workup, antibiotics could be considered in case of a bacterial complication, but it is unlikely Misou’s primary problem.
