Try again. This test has been used in the past to assess for evidence of maldigestion (i.e. exocrine pancreatic insufficiency [EPI]) but is unreliable. If you pursue a diagnosis of EPI, the serum trypsin-like immunoreactivity (TLI) test is a better option.
