Canine Extractions Techniques

Canine Extraction Techniques will include a morning session of lectures, including intraoral radiographic interpretation and common indications for tooth extractions, flap techniques for surgical extractions of canine and carnasial teeth in the dog, and management of surgical complications. Following lunch, a 4 hour wet lab will allow practitioners the opportunity to tackle canine and carnasial tooth extraction techniques using cadaver specimens, with hands-on instruction by Dr. Katherine Block, DAVDC.
