Premier Pet Products debuts KeepSafe, a patented breakaway collar designed to prevent dog collar strangulation accidents, the company says.The KeepSafe breakaway collar is designed to release in emergency situations, such as when a dog is entangled with an object or another dog. It is available in four sizes. If a dogs KeepSafe collar becomes entangled, sufficient force causes the safety buckle to release, freeing the dog from possible strangulation, the company adds. After the collar has released, it can be reattached and reused.
