Your approach to housing animals speaks volumes to your clients about how you'll handle all aspects of their pets' care. Yes, these impressions do matter! After all, why should clients board their dog in a concrete box when it sleeps on the bed at home? Why should their cat have to sleep in the litter box because there's no softer surface available? Even if they don't say anything, clients are probably comparing the way you treat their pet to the way they treat their pet. Perhaps it's time to put the same thought into the design of your animal enclosures that you do refining and developing other facets of client and patient care.
