Animal Dermatology Group acquires Animal Skin and Allergy Clinic

Marks fifth acquisition within last year for ADG and strengthens its positions in Pacific Northwest

Animal Dermatology Group, Inc (ADG) has acquired Animal Skin and Allergy Clinic of Lynnwood, Washington, displaying the company’s goals to further an aggressive pace of expansion in 2023.

According to a company release,1 Animal Skin and Allergy Clinic (ASAC) has provided veterinary dermatology services to pets in the northern Washington and Seattle metropolitan area for over 30 years. The ASAC team is led by David Duclos, DVM, DACVD, one of the pioneers and leading experts in the training and clinical use of C02 laser surgery in veterinary dermatology. Duclos is joined at ASAC by Naomi Rich, DVM, DACVD, Kain Matsutani, first year veterinary dermatology resident, and their dedicated patient care team.

"We are looking forward to our partnership with ADG," Duclos said. "I have always respected ADG and it was important to us to be part of an organization as committed as we are to the health of patients and to help grow the field of veterinary dermatology. The ASAC team is looking forward to contributing as much as we can to help ADG continue to grow and prosper."

This marks the fifth acquisition within the last year for ADG. Strategic acquisitions and organic expansion together has enabled ADG's veterinary dermatology healthcare reach to extend to 14 states with over 40 primary and satellite locations across the US.
