This conference was started by Dr. Jim Floyd while he was Extension Veterinarian for Auburn University and has become one of the most popular continuing education meetings for food supply and mixed animal practicing veterinarians in the Southeast. The conference provides current technical, industry and regulatory information augmenting food animal practice. The host site provides a comfortable environment where there is a free exchange of ideas between presenters and attendees.
