Adam Christman, DVM, MBA: So how do you think the topic of mental health is evolving? Where we're at with the veterinary industry? Do you think it's talked about enough? Where do you think we're at with that?
Katie Krothapalli, DVM, MBA: I think we could still do better. I do feel like we're talking about it more, it's a lot more accepted to discuss it and to talk about challenges. You know, I think that's all great. But I do definitely think we have wasted improve just in terms of really getting to the heart of issues and also creating solutions. I love that it's getting talked about a lot really just about everybody is in the conversation at this point. And I don't think we fully grasped exactly what we need to do in order to help and support the community and in going forward. So we're getting there, but we still have work.
