It was 6:15 p.m. on May 21 when the would-be robber walked into the Radbill Animal Hospital, demanded money and claimed to have a gun. Veterinary technician Wanda Auten responded by pulling her own firearm, and the man was later subdued with the help of a 20-year police officer and client.
