2 practice manager must-dos from Mark Opperman

Video

The CVC speaker, book author and long-time veterinary business guru shares a pair of his tips for a flourishing hospital and a fantastic staff.

As a veterinary practice manager or practice owner, if you have time, there are some things you could do to improve the business and the team.

In the video below, the author of The Art of Veterinary Practice Management, Mark Opperman, CVPM-of VMC Inc. in Evergreen, Colorado-shares two of what he considers must-do management actions. Do not skip them. If you do skip them, do not pass "Go" and do not collect $200-or however much money you lose by not following pretty good advice.

Bonus: Opperman has at least eight more must-do tips, but we couldn't keep his high-energy self in the seat filming long enough. He had to run off and help more people. Come see him at CVC Kansas City and San Diego for more.
