The CAPC Forecast Maps -- a client education tool for your clinic.
The Companion Animal Parasite Council has developed the CAPC Parasite Forecast Maps to help practitioners demonstrate the real-world risks of vector-borne disease to their clients. Dr. Robert Lund, mathematician, statistician, and Clemson University professor helped develop forecasting maps for hurricane season. He and a group of other experts used similar models to do the same for parasites. Watch this video to learn more and visit capcvet.org to view the CAPC Parasite Forecast Maps.
