Med-Vet International releases SurgiClose Wound Closure System from Temedco. The SurgiClose REP is the first reusable/disposable skin stapler specifically designed for use by the veterinary industry. The autoclavable handle allows reloading of sterile staple cartridges and retails for $4.99 each. Each sterile cartridge comes with 20 316L stainless steel staples measuring 534 mm by 534 mm. Cartridges are sold in sets of six for a total of 120 staples.
