"Covetrus is pleased to announce the continuation and expansion of our long-standing partnership with Vetcor for years to come," said Matt Yordy, MBA, who was announced president of Covetrus North America in March 2023,2 in the release. "Our strategic collaboration will allow us to codevelop and improve the way we service Vetcor's practices, as well as create solutions for Vetcor to grow and drive value."

Many of Vetcor practices are already using the Covetrus suite of practice management solutions and prescription management software. The practice management solutions help save time and streamline workflows while the prescription management software helps boost client loyalty, compliance, and revenue by providing a convenient online pharmacy and fast home delivery.1

By leveraging its resources and expertise, Vetcor streamlines the administrative, operational, and marketing elements of veterinary clinics, so veterinarians can prioritize providing the best patient care. Vetcor empowers veterinary practices to be run with “clinical autonomy and nurture their unique team culture that makes them so great.”1

"We are thrilled about our new strategic partnership with Covetrus," said Dallas LaRose, chief operating officer at Vetcor.1 "Covetrus has proven itself to be a partner that delivers high-quality solutions across the animal health ecosystem. This expanded partnership aims to elevate the standards of care and well-being for pets, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment and support."
