Many may think the Veterinary Nurse Initiative is just about a title change, but it's more than that. Development of any kind of profession is a long-term process. But, the title change from veterinary technician to veterinary nurse will create a huge amount of momentum and leverage to pursue each of the goals of the Veterinary Nurse Initiative.
