Veterinary consultants forge alliance

Minneapolis-MetaFarms.com, Inc., a software provider to livestock producers, signed a business agreement with the Swine Veterinary Center in St. Peter, Minn., a consulting veterinary practice, which enables the Swine Vet Center to consult MetaFarms clients on proper use of its software services.

The Swine Veterinary Center, which staffs nine veterinarians devotedto swine, has served clients in 25 countries and 30 states. Staff veterinariansaim to incorporate and implement new technology at the farm level to assistclients in achieving top 10 percent production and efficiency.

MetaFarms, an agricultural application service provider, offers IT consulting,enterprise applications and technical content to the livestock industry.
