Mobile veterinary services for at-home pet care now available in Charlotte, Sacramento, Phoenix, and San Diego

The Vets—a mobile veterinary service offering at-home pet care—has expanded into Charlotte, North Carolina. This signifies the 14th city it has extended to since debuting in 2021.

According to a company release,1 in line with the expansion into Charlotte, 5 new team members have joined The Vets' team including Robyn McFerren, DVM, and Stephanie Wolf, DVM. The duo offers over 40 years of pet care experience to Charlotte pet owners.

Along with this Charlotte expansion, the company has launched its services in the last month throughout Sacramento, California; Phoenix, Arizona; and San Diego, California to meet the growing need for at-home pet care. The Vets aims to reach 22 cities by the end of 2022.

"With the launch of Charlotte, we've expanded into 3 new cities in the last month, highlighting our ambitious expansion plans for 2022. I'm proud of our local teams, who are bringing the best pet care possible to our pets and pet parents alike," expressed Esben Mou, vice president of expansion, in the release.1

The Vets offers flexibility for pet owners, plus veterinarians and technicians alike while ensuring a comfortable, compassionate experience for the dog or cat.

In recognition of the expansion into Charlotte, from May 1, 2022 to May 31, 2022, The Vets is supporting Halfway There Rescue by matching, dollar for dollar, each service dollar spent—up to $5,000. According to the release,1 this volunteer organization rescues, fosters, transports, and finds homes for unwanted, abandoned, and abused dogs, cats, and kittens in the Carolinas.
