Tell veterinary clients to "zip it"
Tie up loose ends with this tip.

Our hospital keeps a small supply of zip ties handy. That way when clients come in with cat carriers that are missing bolts, we can fix them. Clients really appreciate it! Zip ties also useful for taming loose computer and extension cords.
