Dedicate an entire team meeting to a new piece of equipment to get your veterinary team trained and motivated. Here's a sample agenda to get you started.

"If you talk about how great digital radiography is, you want your team to believe it too," says Dr. Karen Felsted, CPA, MS, CVPM. One way to get your team members to pick up what you're putting down is to dedicate an entire team meeting to tackling the new service you're adding to your practice. (Bonus help: Many times the company you purchased the equipment from will be more than happy to send a representative to come out and talk to your staff.)
