“The end result: The towel fits around the tummy of my golden and I have a ‘handle’ (collar snapped together) over his back to help hold him up,” Anthony said. “This lets me use one hand on the handle and the other on his leash. It’s very easy to slip the towel under him, snap the collar shut, and lift him back up to a standing position. I plan on making different sizes for different breeds we see here in the clinic. A Yorkie would only require a washcloth whereas a St. Bernard would require a beach towel.”
