Spread the veterinary behavior message

One of our technicians has a strong interest in animal behavior and training. She found a small bulletin board and hung it in the lobby. Every month, she changes the subject to include seasonal training tips, such as separation anxiety for September—when the kids go back to school—or thunderstorm and fireworks anxiety for July. She also posts a folder hanging directly below the bulletin board where she includes detailed handouts on that month's training tips. It prompts clients to talk to us about their pet's behavior, which is something they don't always think to do.
