ImproMed's new Infinity(r) practice management software combines versatile clinical support, scheduling and administrative functions into a single, easy-to-use practice management system, tailored to the needs of individual practices.

ImproMed's new Infinity(r) practice management software combines versatile clinical support, scheduling and administrative functions into a single, easy-to-use practice management system, tailored to the needs of individual practices.Infinity's Simultaneous Record Access feature allows multiple users within the practice to access individual patient records at the same time, enabling a truly paperless practice, the company says. While one technician is with the patient, entering initial examination notes, another can input laboratory test results. The veterinarian can review both the notes and the lab results, and the patient's history, before entering the examination room. While this is happening, the front office can prepare that patient's vaccination reminders and invoice, and schedule the next appointment, the company says.More than 90 percent of Infinity's functionality is accessible from the main window. Using pull-down and drag-and-drop functions, program users can perform tasks with a minimum of effort. Infinity was designed with a number of features, like "simultaneous record access," that enable practices to go paperless seamlessly.
