Herron, DVM, DACVB: When we look at an enriched environment, we think about what [cats] are highly driven to perform...so scratching, chewing, hunting, and viewing are kind of the four things that I find..and I think if we hit all those, if we can provide for those 4 things...the cat has a pretty good life.
