A practice located near an expressway pays clients' toll.

An expressway near our hospital quickly deposits clients to our front door. The only problem? It's a toll road. We worried that some pet owners might be put off by the fee and wanted to make it more convenient for them to visit us. So we pay the toll for them. When clients take the expressway to visit us, we credit their account for the travel fees. To get the word out, we advertise our "Take the Toll Road On Us" program on the hospital's website and advise clients of the perk when they enter the building. We've found that the program has bonded clients to our practice. The $5 roundtrip fee is a small price to pay to keep clients coming back.
