PVMA honors Obenski for column

Hershey, Pa. - The Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association (PVMA) honored Dr. Michael A. Obenski with the association's 2007 Dr. A. Wayne Mountan Memorial Media Award.

HERSHEY, PA. — The Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association (PVMA) honored Dr. Michael A. Obenski with the association's 2007 Dr. A. Wayne Mountan Memorial Media Award.

The award consists of a plaque commemorating the achievement and a cash prize. Dr. Obenski was selected for his monthly DVM Newsmagazine column "Where Did I Go Wrong?"

The Dr. A. Wayne Mountan Memorial Media Award, named for a former PVMA president and AVMA delegate, is presented annually to a recipient for excellence in communicating to the public veterinary medicine's contributions to animal health and public health.
