Promote a different veterinary service each month
Increase compliance and client education with this helpful tip.

In an effort to increase compliance on recommended services, every month we focus our client education on a particular service or services. We prepare an informational board in our reception area hallway. Our "theme" is also featured in several posts on our Facebook page during the month, and we develop a handout to give to clients at checkout. This month we're concentrating on increasing compliance on three canine vaccines (Lyme, CIV, and Leptospirosis) and on educating clients on the need for yearly wellness blood work.
