The price—and cause—were right

Bob Barker, longtime host of "The Price is Right," has always encouraged viewers to spay and neuter their pets. Now he's pushing for legal protection for pets with a $1 million donation to Northwestern University's School of Law to endow a course on animal rights law. He has given similar gifts to law schools at Duke University, Stanford University, and Columbia University, among others.
