Pick a week to put a red sticky dot on every inventory item in your veterinary practice. Then check at 30, 60 and 90 days to see what items with a red dot are still sitting on the shelf.
This helps you determine benchmark levels and identify items that should be special-order only, and not wasting away on your shelves.
