Description:

This course is an introduction and overview of the philosophy of Western Veterinary Medical Herbalism. We will be discussing the history of herbal use and plant identification on a multi-sensory level. There will be lectures, labs and an herb walk. We will also incorporate compassionate care, both for our patients and ourselves. Bonus offerings include Qi Gong in the breaks, excursions and free time to explore the area. Catered lunch is included in the classroom.
