Pfizer set to release details of Fort Dodge acquisition

-- Pfizer Animal Health is expected to release details of its acquisition of Fort Dodge Animal Health today.

The official close of Pfizer's acquisition of Fort Dodge's parent company Wyeth was finalized on Friday, officials add.

"The acquisition of Fort Dodge will allow Pfizer Animal Health to diversify its portfolio and expand offerings in all animal health segments," the company reports in a media statement.
