The official close of Pfizer's acquisition of Fort Dodge's parent company Wyeth was finalized on Friday, officials add.
"The acquisition of Fort Dodge will allow Pfizer Animal Health to diversify its portfolio and expand offerings in all animal health segments," the company reports in a media statement.
