Bomac Animal Health USA, a subsidiary of a New Zealand-based veterinary company, has been operating independently in the United States since 2004, offering a range of specially packaged (Bomaflex) calcium-based infusions, as well as other small animal and equine products.
The alliance is an equity arrangement, which will see the marketing and distribution of Bomac products exclusively available through Vets Plus. In conjunction with marketing and distribution, Bomac will capitalize on the manufacturing strength and capabilities of Vets Plus.
