Millennials Require Respect, Feedback

Video

Back in the day it was acceptable to be very hard on your veterinary teams. But millennials will not stand for that type of communication.

Back in the day it was acceptable to be very hard on your veterinary teams. But Heather Romano, SHRM-CP, managing director of human resources and training for iVET360, says millennials will not stand for that type of communication.

Millennials require respect and a large amount of feedback — not just positive feedback, but they want to hear ways they can improve. They want someone who can coach them, show them the error of their ways and then help them figure out the right way.
