Millennial pet owner preferences: Text, email or call?

Brace yourself: 83% of millennials expect a follow-up call or text within 48 hours to check in on their pet after a visit. Whats your veterinary practice policy on that?

It seems the whole world is conspiring to give you free data on what millennial pet owners want from your clinic. The latest data provider, Weave, a business communications platform that covers phones, text messaging and more, recently paid an independent market research agency to ask 532 millennials what they want out of their veterinary clinic experience.

Of their preferences, which are you doing, which could you improve, and which will you have to be dragged, kicking and screaming, into implementing?
