In an interview, she explained the talks are focused on leadership and well-being as these work in unison, plus she previewed each one.

Betsy Charles, DVM, MA: There's a bunch of talks that I'm giving and they are all centered around leadership and well-being. I think that it's important to know that I come from leadership from a well-being standpoint because I believe, 'If you want to lead well, you [have] to be well.'
