Limited Contact Implants

Securos introduces limited contact implants. This new plate reduces the frictional force at the bone plate interface thereby reducing the vascular disturbance. The limited contact plate decreases the bone contact area to approximately 50 percent of the total area of the undersurface of the plate. The plates are offered in 2.0-mm, 2.7-mm and 3.5-mm sizes and are the same price as the standard self-compression plates.
