Brian Hurley, DVM: What made it attractive was one, that we were going to be able to maintain that medical autonomy [and] two, we felt they were going to offer a better life for our, for our team, you know, things that we weren't capable of doing as just sole owners of a single practice. And, you know, and they were going to allow us the ability to concentrate on medicine more than having to deal with all the back office stuff, they were going to give us quality of life back. Because we spent so much time after a long work week of being veterinarians, then we had to turn our focus towards running the business, and they were going to help us get away from having to spend as much time and it really did come to fruition.
