VetSuccess recently teamed up with the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA) to power a new VHMA Practice Manager Dashboard—granting all VHMA members exclusive access to a powerful analytics tool that provides critical insight into how their practice’s performance compares with thousands of other clinics across the country.

“To all of us at VetSuccess, practice managers are real-life superheroes, and anything we can do to help make their jobs easier is always at the top of our list,” says Katie McClean, managing director at VetSuccess, in a company release. “We’re thrilled to be able to provide this new dashboard to VHMA member hospitals and help them get the most out of it each month.”

According to the release, the dashboard fixates on the same key performance indicators (KPIs) that are published monthly in the VHMA Insiders Insight report—a supplemental VHMA resource also powered by VetSuccess. The shift has significantly expanded the data set from 600 to over 3,000 practices.

Additionally, the platform displays monthly snapshots of each practice’s current and past economic performance including revenue, visits, and patients. If practice managers wish to analyze more precise metrics, they can use filters to hone in on practice size, region, revenue category, and visit type.

“Thanks to VetSuccess, our members now have an easy way to monitor and compare veterinary revenue and visit KPIs nationally against their own practice’s performance. VHMA members can take advantage of this new tool to benchmark where they’ve been and plan for where they’re headed,” says VHMA executive director, Christine Shupe, CAE.
