Correct. This is not the best test for Ivy at this time. A UCCR is a good way to rule OUT hyperadrenocorticism, but it has low specificity, so an elevated result is not necessarily diagnostic of Cushing's disease. If you were to perform the test, the owners should collect urine for this test at home to avoid false positive results.
