Medical Engineering and Development, Inc. introduces new induction hoods for the avian and exotic market that reduce anesthetic gas use, the company says. The hoods have a removable and washable skirt. Three sizes are available - Parakeet, Cockatiel and McCaw. These hoods complement the companys line of 1.0 to 3.0 mm endotracheal tubes for the same market.
