Have owners attach their pets' identification tags to their pets' collars with zip ties.

Have owners attach their pets' identification tags to their pets' collars with zip ties. The zip ties (usually used for securing wire or cabling) don't allow the tags to jingle and are stronger than the tag rings that are usually provided.
