Idea Exchange: Tips for becoming a paperless practice
Go green with these ideas to reduce the paperwork in your practice.

We scan (DSmobile 600 scanner—Brother) all our paperwork, including journal articles, into Google Drive. We can easily search the contents of all the documents in Drive, so we don't have to worry about misfiling something. Our patient records are all electronic in our own software program, and we scan and save records from other practices that arrive with patients. And regarding old files, we have found that slow January days are a good time to scan old paperwork.
