Idea Exchange: Never forget about samples again
If we have blood or other samples that need to go to an outside laboratory for analysis, we put a colored, laminated card in our cash drawer.

If we have blood or other samples that need to go to an outside laboratory for analysis, we put a colored, laminated card in our cash drawer. That way, instead of forgetting about the sample, the office manager or receptionist sees the card at the end of the day and sets the sample out for pickup.
